The late Steve Jobs has been described as high maintenance, curt, ingenious and a complex visionary. In when he and his high school buddy Steve Wozinak founded Macintosh, home of Apple computers, they joined the ranks of other new technological advances such as the Intel micro-processors and fiber optics. Was Steve Jobs a trait leader? He could have been, if in fact trait leaders have that innate ability to be ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation, team building and creating an international empire.
