Justin represents a wide variety of clients. Many of his clients include small businesses (under employees), farms and their families. He assists them in their business endeavors and personal matters. He also has a passion for helping families and individuals develop a comprehensive estate plan which can include things such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, beneficary deeds and other nonprobate transfers.
The rest of his practice centers around personal injury matters, such as auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, products liability and wrongful death. He is also experienced in: civil litigation, collections, Social Security disability, business litigation and representing businesses and public entities. Justin is committed to providing legal strategy that fits each client’s unique situation.
