Early Life and Passion for MusicMartijn Garritsen, known by his stage name Martin Garrix, was born on May 14, , in Amstelveen, Netherlands. He developed a passion for music at the young age of four when he started learning the guitar. By the age of eight, Garrix became interested in the DJ culture after witnessing Tiesto's performance at the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Athens. Inspired by Tiesto's track "Traffic," Martin downloaded special software and began composing his own music. He recently graduated from the Herman Brood Academy in Utrecht, a renowned producer school.
Rising Career and Success
Under various aliases, Martin Garrix wrote tracks for other artists, but only one out of his fifty compositions gained public attention. Geboren wurde Martin Garrix am Mai in Amsterdam. Sein eigentlicher Name ist Martijn Garritsen, seine Leidenschaft zur Musik erwachte früh. Gefördert wurde der junge Martin bereits als Vierjähriger, ein Alter, in dem er Gitarre spielen lernte.
